In a charming nook full of adventures in the countryside of Warmia. Our Place of Positive Initiatives is an independent education and animation center, which means you come here for experience, learning, fun and lots of attractions. Of course, in addition to the great offer of classes, we have full accommodation and catering facilities. We have a total of 65 beds, but we assure you that only your group will stay in Kaczym Bagno during your rest. Individual, family or smaller group stays are also possible - here it is necessary to check the availability of the accommodation or workshop room in advance. We have for you: - a shared accommodation room (designed like a cup on a sailing ship) with bunk beds, - 5 bathrooms with showers - separate for men and women. There are also: - kitchen, - cafeteria, - a place for a bonfire, - 3 large verandas overlooking the picturesque surroundings, - workshop room, - a lecture hall with a sleeping function, - ceramic workshop, - cafeteria - chillout room, - 3.5 ha of green areas for the implementation of artistic activities and at the exclusive disposal of the participants - a cozy basement with a fireplace. You should take with you: sleeping bags, towels and comfortable clothes. * an American-style bed is possible at an additional cost.

Learn, develop, have fun and integrate, and we'll take care of the rest. The kitchen is ruled by a golden woman who serves full board, from breakfast to dinner. We prepare the menu each time based on the group, taking into account diets or food allergies. Our cook is very good at vegetarian and vegan cuisine, and the vegetables and fruits used in the dishes come mostly from our permaculture garden. We source other products from local suppliers. We bake bread, we also have specialists in homemade preserves for the winter.

You don't come here for a holiday under the pear tree with nothing in the background. We train in social animation and local activity, communication, teamwork, management, motivating and mobilizing, creativity, anti-discrimination, assertiveness, coping with stress, intercultural education, diagnosing needs, evaluation, coaching, we implement Personal Development Groups combined with artistic activities and the whole educational cycles such as Schools of Animators, Leaders, Schools of Coaching Skills, etc. What else? We invite you to kayaking, shows of the fire theater "Black Pearls", performances of clowns on stilts. You can take advantage of the entire range of workshops conducted by our talented staff. Focus on classes: - dancing with fire, - stilts, - baking bread, - theatrical, - dancing, - juggling, - pottery, - artistic (salt mass, batik), - playing African drums, - integration, - cabaret, - mountaineering, - first aid, - archery, shooting. We always ask our guests for their opinion, they make choices and influence their day. So you will be able to invent shows and performances. Initiate making pizza together, singing karaoke etc. Every day we meet in a circle and talk about the program of the day, about what is happening in the group. Together, we learn to respect other people and their needs, we face difficulties and communicate with each other. We agree on the principles of cooperation. Several rules related to safety are permanent, e.g. no smoking in the building or the principle of sobriety resulting from the idea of the center. The rest are the participants. After participating in the first few workshops - you choose the subject of the classes that they like the most and develop your skills in this field. And this is how fire performances, theater performances, drumming concerts, films, music videos, stilt shows and original songs are created. Maybe you will be tempted to take a company trip in Kaczym Bagno? With us, you will not only rest and integrate, but also teach a lot through play and joint activities. Participants will play African drums together, practice an accurate eye in historical archery or work on mutual trust while learning to walk on stilts. Or maybe relaxing in a ceramic workshop or during a bread baking workshop? The evening feast can be enriched with a concert, for example, by the eternally alive Elvis and a professional performance by the Black Pearls fire theater. After breakfast, we invite you to a canoe trip on the Drwęca or Wel rivers. We do not lack ideas and attractions for your company, we will adapt the offer to your needs. We also organize thematic training, Interpersonal Training and Personal Development Groups, during which teams can work on their own self-development and social competences.
