When you are lying on the grass and you are filled with pure-pure happiness from being, reckon with the fact that your desires may materialize at an insane pace. And we know what we're talking about. We experienced it for ourselves. From lying in the grass on the meadow and from the sigh over the beauty of Orava nature, there was only a short tap on the cell phone and ... we ended up at Hacienda. We can unequivocally confirm that we are one of those who returned from vacation with a piece of land and plans for construction. We set off to the basics, to pull the walls. We built everything with the help of home masters and on our own. Even those andesite pieces outside and inside - each one of them passed through our own hands. It wasn't always honey to lick, but the result is worth it. See for yourself.

We created a home here. They breathed a piece of love into him and the rest is already powerfully and inseparably completed by Orava. It's like you're here in another world. Where foxes give a good night, where you can hear the roar of deer, where you will wake up in the morning wailing and the bells of sheep, where you will be covered in snow in winter and only good old Niva will help you get a car upstairs. Believe that you are in a place where nature is still paramount.

So don't be shy, come on! Soak your feet in the morning dew, clean your eyes and head by looking at the surroundings and allow yourself to be, simply and without demands. Enjoy life happily as a child.

We are also a little hesitant to tell you a lot. We would like to welcome you right away so that you can see everything here and experience it yourself. Feel the energy of wood and andesite. The energy of the place. To be surrounded by it, to calm down..

Anyway, we accommodate 10 people at our Hacienda. And so that everyone has their own privacy, in addition to the common areas, we also have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. P.S.: we are wheelchair accessible.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom draws you into a completely different world. Let yourself be inspired to relax and enjoy every detail for your relaxation.

- there is a double bed in each bedroom and 2 in two rooms, you will also be able to accommodate three if necessary

COMMON SPACE
The biggest space for you will be the common one. Thanks to the open concept of the living room and kitchen, no one will feel alone and separated from the rest. And so even the preparation of food will not be an obstacle, so that you can debate the immortality of the crust or sip wine together.

And in addition to the space inside, you also have the space outside on the terrace. You can easily sit here all day and enjoy the views of our Orava. Or make a fire together in the hearth below the Hacienda. Listening to the crackling of wood, the rustling of the wind, the sounds of the forest inhabitants...

BATH TUB
We worked diligently like bees to make your stay with us more pleasant with additional "delicacies" for body and soul. And so a wooden terrace was added, where you can sit out or catch the sun's rays in the summer on deckchairs. And we can't forget the sweet spot - the heated bathtub. Warm up in winter, cool off in summer ;)

It can ring with you as much as you want with us. It can be fresh coffee for a pleasant lazy morning or even in the afternoon. It can be baked or grilled fish or cheese. They can be bold dumplings with bryndza and pancakes. Whatever you feel like, the kitchen equipment will not leave you in the lurch. Just look around a bit and you will know right away that you will find everything you need here.

You will find a grocery store in the village and we recommend that you wander around for local delicacies.

P.S .: dear our guests, we do not have a public source of drinking water in the house, the water is only utility water. Therefore, when making coffee, use only purchased water. Well water is unsuitable for coffee machines and damages it. We thank you :)

When you come here for a lazy rest, calmly indulge fully in peace. The conditions will be more than acceptable. And it doesn't matter where you find your corner, your place. Someone may like to hide in our bunker on the floor with a full bed and a window, from where there will be a great view of far and wide. Some may prefer a porch and a rocking chair, someone a meadow by the house ... You will have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the present here. Accompanied by a wonderful view ...

Those who long for a little movement will also not be cut short. You can stop wandering around the surrounding meadows and forests, you can go to the Slovak-Polish border (after all, it's not even far away), you can get on bikes or pack proper hiking boots and other equipment.
Rozsutec, Roháče, Pilsko, Babia hora, Veľký Choč, Minčol, crossing Rakoň - Lúčna along the Slovak-Polish border ...

We recommend the nearby North Orava complex for all those who love love horses and ride them. Even from the horse's back, wanderings through Orava nature have their charm.

Get your skis and other winter gear ready for winter when you come to us on a journey. Cross-country ski trail just above Hacienda. Children are full of sledges, you don't have to pack your sleds, we have. Mother Earth is still merciful to us, and even if they forget somewhere what snow is, we can still fully enjoy it here. Or do you want to try bags filled with straw and angels in the snow? We say: no problem!
With skis and snowboards you can choose: Janovky, Milotín and Roháče-Spálená, Ski Grúniky - Sihelné, Kubánska Hoľa, Orava Snow ... Is it enough?

So between us - if you happen to want to shop in neighboring Poland, you can get to the markets in Novi Targ or to the shopping center in Bielsko-Biala within an hour. If you stay with us longer, visit Auschwitz, Krakow, Katowice or Zakopane - about 60-100 minutes by car.

Oh, but here they will have ... vast meadows and forests for their entertainment. They can boldly run, jump, play and scream, whichever their throats like. Nothing or fences will separate them from nature around them. So they can become part of the wild for the whole day. They can roll down the shore, hatch on the grass, look for animal tracks, build a secret hiding place, collect blueberries and mushrooms. Quite simply, with the possibility of an indiscriminate, just let your imagination run wild.
And maybe you can have a coffee in between, sit on the terrace and know that your children will not appear until they are hungry or thirsty.

- you can go on a sailing trip together from Horná Lehota to Oravský Podzámok, and from there you have a moment to go to the fairytale Orava Castle
